  I took my daughter to this clinic back in October and have had a ridiculous ordeal with the billing department. Our insurance pays for urgent care visits (once you've paid the typical co-pay amount) as long as a PCP referral is sent in before or even after the visit. After the visit we did as instructed and our PCP faxed over a referral which the clinic should then have used to put in the claim to the insurance company. Months later we got a bill in the mail from Quick Care that we owed $250! After a rude call with the network billing company (not even someone in the building) I was told that the clinic never received the referral. So I called our PCP and they faxed it again. A few more months go by and suddenly we get another statement that says we still owe $250 and are about to be put into collections. After a second rude call with the network billing company I'm told that the PCP was supposed to fax the referral to the insurance company directly. So I called my PCP and they confirmed that they had faxed the referral twice and that they never send it to the insurance company as the clinic should do that when they put in their claim. The very nice worker at my PCP called not only the insurance company but also the network billing company and found out that the clinic never even billed our insurance... So to sum up my rant the clinic couldn't be bothered to do their job properly. They're either incompetent and didn't know how to bill insurance (which is scary), or they're scammers and thought we'd just blindly pay the bill instead of the insurance company. Either way we will definitely not be returning and I am extremely dissatisfied.
